Are there any mortgage co's that do 125 LTV equity loans with high DTI ratios? - high ltv loans
They are there, but it is a recipe for disaster in my opinion, bad. I work for a firm limitation on the right (I am indeed a Atty), and the volume has increased over the past year has been incredible. Sell my credit card before they met and buy later when my DTI stronger. Good luck to you.
